Caden was born on Thursday, July 22nd at 1:33pm measuring in at 8 lbs 3 oz and 20.5 inches long. The labor and delivery process was a breeze up until the very end. Caden had to be pulled out with the vacuum thing and I ended up with a 3rd degree tear (ouch!). But we have been blessed with a big, healthy baby boy!! More details later--having a newborn at home makes it very hard to find time to even eat, much less keep the blog updated.
